The cleanliness was perfect, and I appreciated the good soundproofing, which ensured a peaceful atmosphere throughout my visit.
I did notice a slight delay in the check-in process, which could be improved for a smoother experience. this minor issue did not significantly detract from my enjoyable stay.

Overall an ideal hip new hotel. Twin room with good soundproof. Really helpful and service-oriented staff with a good portion of humor. Exceptionally nice and magnificent location in front of main attractions and a bus stop. Walking distance to a convenience shop and convenience stores across the street. Very pleasant experience there...

The location is fantastic, just a pleasant stroll to the Momiji Corridor and offering stunning views of Mt. Fuji. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a restful environment after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was a good homely experience, freshly made and delicious. Plus, having a Family Mart conveniently connected to the hotel made it very easy to grab snacks or essentials.
I couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, the stay was nice, stunning location right off # 15 bus stop. Loved the room with nice view, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was nice to have central heating, a safe box and television. Location: the venue was adjacent to the lake and the views of Fuji as well as train station. Tried some nice meals at Perro, located only a short distance to the hotel.
Not one thing!

The location is super convenient! There’s a Family Mart right downstairs, which was a lifesaver. I loved that the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the area. Oh, and I really enjoyed the spacious room with a nice view of Mount Fuji, even though I didn't expect it!
I wished the room had more space for my luggage; it felt cramped. Plus, the noise from the nearby bus and music museum made it hard to relax at times. Not ideal for a business trip, honestly.
